Drawing From a Template
At about...midnight last night, I was randomly doodling and ended up with this at one point.
Instead of adding anything onto him, I figured I'd save it like that and use it as a template, drawing random characters from the base.
 
etc.
Out of curiosity, I sent it to a friend of mine. He had fun with it, and then he decided to upload it to /co/ on 4chan, to see what other people would come up with.
The results? http://j.photos.cx/CollabFinalcopy-354.jpg Over 250+ images were created from it, and we managed to grab all of them and put them into one giant image file.
Why not try it out?

Wow, I really like that Haruko one. If the head didn't seem like it was attached to the body wrong I'd actually try and make it my avatar.
