I hear they finally chose the presidential puppy he promised his kids.

Well, yeah... But just listening to the first couple of minutes it sounds like they wrote it specifically to make inside jokes. There is no way that's not what they planned.

I didn't like Schuster before, but this seals his awesomeness.

The cut to Fox News's coverage of the Million Man March was hilarious.

No, he's really not. David Schuster is one of the most biased and obnoxious windbags on a network full of windbags. I laughed pretty hard when Joe Scarborough pretty much chewed his head off on his own show a few months back.

Speaking of that, Morning Joe is about the only thing I can watch on MSNBC anymore, and I haven't even seen that in a while.

While the protests are valid, and a basic freedom, these tea parties are what's making the rest of the world roll their eyes at the U.S.

Looking at that LoTR political cartoon, I have come to the conclusion that government officials should wear suits of armor like that all the time.

Not if they're this easily tricked.

Wait, really? It's not decades of hypocrisy, war, and money-grubbing?

I think what makes people hate America is the fact that they feel like their business is in everything, and it's pretty demeaning.

Well obviously man, i'm just saying that the fact that tens of thousands of Americans protesting with an event theme that has nothing to do with what they're actually protesting for is just stupid.

It's just another thing in a long string of events that makes us look arrogant in front of the world. "Hey we just had a massive earthquake in Italy could you guys help send some funds to the IMF and Red Cross to help us out? Oh you're protesting your tax system? That's cool too. We'll just walk it off."

Not to mention the obvious manipulation by the rich, as Veserius pointed out.

Or especially that. Whatever.

I personally think nothing of these "tea parties," and I hope the rest of the world doesn't, either. I think they're little protests over-marketed and overblown by the Republican party and their cronies. I'd say the same thing about Democrats, too, if they were doing this.

From what I can tell, it's a bunch of hardcore Republicans crying out for attention because their party is in tatters. They want to act like they still have authority.

If you were a tea industry lobbyist, would it be in your interest to try to get these things going on as long as possible?

Or would the negative stigma given to tea not outweigh the increased buying rates.
