I agree, but I'd say it's going up against LeBron that adds insult to injury. It's bad enough they have to tackle a healthy playoff team let alone the MVP.

Man, oh man, those Celtics and their incessant media coverage for the last two decades.

And how dare those Chicago Bulls hog all the limelight for themselves for the last dozen years! Don't they know that less successful, storied franchises might want some time to boast, too? Man. They sure are on the telly a whole lot. It obviously has nothing to do with several of these media outlets operating largely out of southern California and the Lakers being in one of the biggest markets in the world. Not... at... all.

In short, you're a moron. Also, the Lakers suck.

I'm still picking Cleveland to win it all. I'd like to see LeBron stay there, and that'd probably do it.

I like how you ignored every other thing I said. I agreed with you that the media market factors in to how a franchise is perceived and you still feel the need to insult me instead of just continuing to have a conversation like a normal person.

Seriously, what the fuck is your problem? Goddamn. I don't appreciate being belittled for no reason. Whatever I guess I'll just add sports to the list of things that are pointless to attempt to talk to you about.

The Rockets continue to surprise me. I, like everyone else, thought that last game was it. I still think the next game is it, but with each win, I'm less and less sure.

Oh my, yes. That's where their playoffs would end, but the Western Conference Finals? After a dozen years of playoff mediocrity? Yes, that'd make me very happy.

Recent ESPN headlines:

Vikings interested in Favre
Favre to talk to Vikings
Vikings' meeting with Favre goes well
Favre to consult doctor on shoulder
Favre to have shoulder surgery
Favre surgery not imminent after all

The dude's not even playing football anymore. Shut the fuck up.

Yeah, I'm still surprised, really. This with some of their good pitchers, like McGowan, still out. Adam Hill has become a beast this year.

I kind of hope the Jays make a playoff spot this year. A friend of mine died this year and the Jays were his absolute favorite team. It's too bad he can't enjoy their success now, but a playoff spot might be nice for those of us who knew him.

That's pretty Depressing, now I hope the Jays make playoffs even more. How did he die? It's ok if you don't tell though, I would understand.

Cavs lose to the Magic. And all of Cleveland wonders why LJ didn't take the shot. Why? Easy. They would have fouled him of course which would have sent him to the free-throw line. LJ isn't all that great in that area. Also, didn't help Mo decided to be retard in such an important game, but meh. Its really just one game.

Also, I swear the Lakers find new ways to let other teams beat them.

They don't find ways to let other teams beat them. They just lose.

And that was a damn good game between Cleveland and Orlando. I still think Cleveland's gonna win, but I knew they weren't gonna manhandle this team. They're a solid group.

Also, he didn't take the shot because of Orlando's tight defense on that last possession. I was watching it. Trust me, he'd have taken two shots at the stripe over the looks and openings he wasn't getting if he could've drawn the foul. He makes even one, he buys his team five more minutes to try and put it in the bag for the Cavs. He may be the best player in the league right now, but the dude is still human. He was simply outplayed that possession.

He was an older guy with ulcerative colitis and red blood cell problems. He'd gone in for a surgical procedure to improve his condition and died on the operating table.

He wasn't a close friend, but I knew him on a baseball forum and felt like I knew him. His name was John Brattain. You might be familiar with his work; he was a key contributor to The Hardball Times, a statistical analysis site.

I was pulling for Cleveland, but Johnny's actually rooting for his home team now, so I'm going Orlando.

I want Orlando to win just so Slice is sad and potentially throws a temper tantrum.

Prefer Nugs in the West cause I'm a big Chauncey fan.

I'd like to see the Nuggets and Magic go to the finals. I'd like to see the Cavs go, too, but I love seeing teams the NBA would like less going to the finals. Fuck LeBron versus Kobe.

Wings win the game and DON'T touch the Western Champ trophy, so far so good. It was neat to see the Pens man handled their statue.

Word up.

Not a big fan of Detroit, but I'd much rather see them win the cup, over Pittsburgh.

Reverse?

I don't know what you are talking about.

I said that, then when they lost I shoved it in your face.

Would you have preferred a picture of Lebron looking dejected?

He's just being a dick, Slice. Ignore it. He honestly doesn't care. Actually, if anything, he'd be pulling for the Lakers.

Also, I'm hoping Orlando can pull this off. Since they're not going up against Houston this time, I'm all for the blue and white.

I'm not looking forward to Monday when ESPN First Take's Skip jumps all over the Cavs for losing.

I won't lie. Orlando was the better team, they make 3-pointers look like lay-ups.
