Default N64 Controllers

So I recently unearthed my old N64 and discovered that it miraculously still works. Unfortunately though, I've only been able to find one of my old controllers so far.

I've been browsing through the internet looking for some and I've found quite a few, but my dilemma is this:

They're either brand new and $75 and up, or they're used and like five bucks. Normally I'd just go for the used, but I'm sorta afraid that the joysticks will be totally worn down and just flop from one side to another.
Another thing I've found are controllers like these. They look exactly the same, but they're not legitimate N64 controllers, and the reviews don't seem to nice. There are also these knockoff-y things.

Anyone have any experience getting old/new N64 controllers online and could perhaps give me a bit of guidance?

I have one of the first link you linked. I don't think I've had any problems like those listed in the review, though I, not sure how to put it, the control stick is sort of strong? You can't do much sensitive aiming.

A controller I'd recommend is the Superpad 64+. One on the right in this picture. It is pretty boss. I got mine cheap off of eBay.

Thanks.
I don't think the sensitivity thing will bother me too much.

And I'll do some looking into that Superpad 64+.

oh wow, i used to have a controller similar to the Superpad that tombstone shows. It was transparent and didn't have any side grips. it's layout was somewhat similar to the gamecube's controller.

Too bad that the stick was made of cheap plastic because it broke off 2 or 3 weeks after my parents bought it for me.

I bought one of those controllers. Piece of junk. >8u

Poorly put together and if you shake it just a little bit you can hear pieces rustling around inside.
