Some people take it as a compliment if they still get carded.

Last good movie I saw: Waynes World 2.

Watched Choke tonight, good movie.

It's from the guy who did Fight Club and you can defiantly tell.

Also I'm gonna go out on a limb and say X-Men origins, despite some bad lines, a ending that was lacking and a bastard child mutant that had Deadpool's name plastered on, it was a all right movie.

Oooh, I really wanted to see that. Love Fight Club, and love all Chuck Palahniuk's books that I've read, so I kind of have high expectations.

But then I love the book wiff mouth and it skipped a bunch of shit from the book and jumbled stuff up.

Oh and the last good one I saw was Star Trek. Saw it after Wolverine hoping to take the bad taste out of my mouth. I don't like Star Trek or sci-fi really, but it was pretty great. Lots of explosions and stuff.

Choke was an awesome book. His best. Still haven't watched the movie, 'cause I've heard nothing but bad things.

Also, saw Angels & Demons yesterday. Liked it quite a bit.

Saw In Bruges tonight, it was pretty great. Writing was pretty grand, and Colin Farrell did a surprisingly good job. It was a very cool, dark comedy.

The Soloist

Depressing and harsh, but good.

I've never read the book (nor did I know it existed) so I watched the movie with no expectations at all, so I can't really comment on if it was a good or bad adaptation.

As far as I knew it was just a original script for a funny little film about a sex addict with a dying mother.

Just saw Star Trek, definitely one of the best movies I've seen ever.

Also just saw Taken, laughed at the guy kicking so much ass.

Superman Returns

I'm indifferent about Superman, but I still love Kevin Spacey's role of Lex Luthor. And it's so weird seeing Kal Penn (AKA Kutner) have a decent billing in the opening credits just for being one of Luthor's henchmen.

Terminator Salvation

There were some dumb parts here and there
Spoiler for What kind of name is Moon Bloodgood?:
"Oh I just started a fire but I'm cold HUG ME YOUR HEART IT IS SO STRONG"

and a few things that didn't make any sense
Spoiler for Hollywood science:
The Terminators can detect 'music signals' but not radio signals? What?

But oh man, the action was intense, full of 'oh shit' moments. And they reuse lines from the other movies and I thought that was pretty neat.
Plus a super secret surprise near the end.

How lovely for you...

Shaolin Soccer

It had its questionable parts, but this was quite an entertaining film. Props to Stephen Chow for his randomness.

Clearly the Aerostats are huge fucking Alice In Chains fans. I don't see how that can be confusing. They heard the music was was just all "Oh shit I LOVE this track."

I might go see Star Trek a fourth time, because someone else I know hasn't seen it yet. This is getting pretty funny.
