Monsters vs. Aliens wasn't too shabby. Not as great as Kung Fu Panda but still pretty funny.

What's Eating Gilbert Grape?

Nice movie. I have never fully understood why, but I've always liked this movie.

Oh man... such a good movie. I needed to see it again, it had been too long.

Slumdog Millionaire.

First time ever that a movie with a happy ending has made my eyes sting with tears.

Red Rose. Another all night movie of Stephen Kings. It was four hours of goodness though.

Star Trek was awesome. I'll buy it when it makes DVD. Also, the score is very good. I'll probably get that, too. Hopefully I'll see it again next week, before it leaves IMAX.

I've been looking over Rotten Tomatoes, it's still 96%. Only nine negative reviews, all of them irrelevant and pointless. Anthony Lane is a huge tool.

Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.

I forgot how hot Jane Wiedlin was. And how awesome this movie is.

Bought Taken, but haven't found time to watch it yet. I fully expect it to be awesome.

On a side note, since I can't honestly say whether it belongs in this thread or not yet (but it will), I'll say this: I was actually carded when I bought the silly movie, I swear to God. The cashier asked me for my card and I stared blankly at him. Soon as I realized why he was asking, I laughed at him. But he was serious, so I just showed him. >>

That's... depressing. If it's any consolation, I still get carded when I buy M rated games.

Anywho, I watched Iron Man last night and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I mean yeah, the story with Obadiah Stane was off, but that's like expected by now. They got the gist of the story and I'll accept that.
