I work out, but it's not to lose weight, it's to get rid of all my excess nervous energy and stave off depression. I do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on MWF, where I'm on the elliptical one day, the bike another day, and then I'll run around the track or on a treadmill the third day (usually the track because the treadmills here are glitchy). I try to increase the levels bit by bit, but it's a little harder to do that on the bike. When running, I'll try to increase the number of laps in a row that I can run without walking. And when I'm on the elliptical or bike, I bring my DS. It helps the time go faster!

...Yeah, it's all focused on my legs. No upper body strength to speak of. At some point in the future I'd like to do strength training.

My fears over getting sick actually keep me on a pretty healthy diet, so there's not much to discuss there.
